Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of the AstroTeamFlow service, published by Yukaji ([TODO: legal name upon LLC formation]).

AstroTeamFlow is a SaaS platform that helps managers read and align their team using astrology-based insights. The service is accessible online via a web browser.

3.1 Discovery plan

• Free, no commitment, no credit card required
• 1 team, up to 5 members
• Core features (dashboard, basic suggestions)

3.2 Essential plan

• Monthly: €9 incl. VAT / month
• Annual: €90 incl. VAT / year (2 months free)
• 1 team, unlimited members, unlimited Smart Task Assigner

3.3 Pro plan

• Monthly: €19 incl. VAT / month
• Annual: €190 incl. VAT / year (2 months free)
• Unlimited teams and members, full natal charts, astro calendar, advanced compatibility readings

3.4 Custom plan (quote-based)

• Pricing: tailored to your scope and team volume.
• Designed for agencies and organisations with specific needs (multi-manager access, custom integrations, personalised reporting, enhanced support commitments).
• Available only after an initial discussion and scope validation. No self-service checkout for this plan.

Prices include applicable VAT based on your country of residence, managed automatically by our payment provider Lemon Squeezy.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC, USA), a secure payment provider. Accepted methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal.

Your subscription renews automatically on its anniversary date, unless cancelled beforehand.

Pursuant to Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, without providing any reason.

Digital content exception: by accepting these Terms and using the service immediately upon subscription, you expressly acknowledge that digital content delivery has begun before the withdrawal period expires. You therefore waive your right of withdrawal, pursuant to Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code.

To exercise your right of withdrawal (before using the service), please write to hello@astroteamflow.com.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining period.

In the event of a major technical failure preventing use of the service, a refund may be requested by email within a reasonable timeframe. Each case is reviewed individually.

We are committed to providing a 24/7 accessible service. However, interruptions may occur (maintenance, technical incidents). These do not entitle you to compensation unless they exceed 48 consecutive hours.

Astrology-based insights are provided for informational purposes only. Yukaji shall not be held liable for management decisions made by the user based on the service's suggestions.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution shall be sought first. Failing that, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.
